Greenhouse “harvestable” (25 photos): greenhouse made of agrofibre 8 and 6 m in size, assembly instructions, quality reviews

The modern market offers a variety of greenhouses for the garden of polycarbonate, the most popular among which are the new generation models "Novator" and "Urozhaynaya PK", designed to be placed on a personal plot or cottage. Their main advantage is the insulating properties almost equal to double glazing, as well as light weight, which allows you to move structures around the site if necessary without using special equipment. In addition, the greenhouses made of cellular polycarbonate Novator and Urozhaynaya PK are easy to assemble, do not require the preparation of a foundation and a special place for installation, which makes it possible to independently mount their structures.

The difference between greenhouses made of cellular polycarbonate

But nevertheless, there are some design differences between the Novator greenhouses and the Harvest PC. For example, the durable steel galvanized frame of the Urozhaynaya PK greenhouse requires winter dismantling, while the Novator is able to withstand severe snow loads. The power of the arch frame of the Novator greenhouse, which got its big name due to the use of the latest innovative ideas, is ensured by solid arcs, the strength of which is much higher than collapsible ones. In addition, its equipment was supplemented by automatic irrigation and opening systems. The application of all these technologies in the Novator greenhouse design allows you to collect two crops in central Russia in one season.

Installation Instructions

Before you begin the assembly, you must prepare the ground where you plan to install the structure. The site should be completely flat, slight deviations of 5 centimeters in height are possible

It is important that the site should be well lit.

It is necessary to prepare polycarbonate sheets. To do this, place them on a completely flat surface and cut them off. The first sheet has 2 m plus 0.02 m for fasteners. The second has a height of 1.97 m. All measurements are made using a ruler.

The next step will be the assembly of the ends. The packaging film is removed from them, after they are laid on the ground

It is important to remember that the door and window must open.

Next, we install polycarbonate. To do this, remove the protective film and attach to the structure. In this case, the honeycomb should be located in an upright position.

To connect polycarbonate with a metal structure, self-tapping screws and a screwdriver are needed. The work is done carefully.

After fastening, you need to cut the door and window. To make the lines smooth, use a ruler.

After that, it is necessary to fix the second sheet, which has a length of 1.97 m. It is laid end-to-end with the previously attached sheet. We attach it to the structure with screws

Carefully cut off the excess polycarbonate with a knife. In exactly the same way, the second end is mounted.

Now you need to install the accessories on the door and the window. All of it is included. It is screwed on with self-tapping screws.

The assembly of the main structure begins. To assemble the frame, it is necessary to interconnect the screws and plates. Using a Phillips screwdriver and wrench. Then, arches are installed on the lower mount. They are fixed from the inside, using screeds.

Now you need to connect the frame and the ends. They are connected at the bottom and top, using a plate. After that, you can check how smooth the frame is installed. Verification is done using the level.

The design is ready for use, as in the photo of the Uralochka greenhouse.

Features, pros and cons

Greenhouses of this type have many advantages: reliability, versatility, compactness. Due to the mobility of the structure, it is possible to easily move it to the right place or put it away for winter storage. Convenience, practicality, simple installation using detailed instructions - all this causes interest in its application.

Among the advantages of the design can be identified:

  • increase in the volume of the crop, its quality,
  • providing protection from hot weather, unexpected drops in temperature, excessive wetting by rain, strong gusts of wind, invasion of insect pests,
  • ensuring high-quality air circulation and ventilation of the greenhouse - there is no need to open the greenhouse for ventilation,
  • protection against sudden fluctuations in air temperature at any time of the day,
  • composition of environmentally friendly material,
  • lightweight and compact design
  • the possibility of repeated use, mobility of the building.

Some gardeners when using such a closed garden bed note the following design flaws:

  • sagging in the inter-head spaces,
  • too light frame - often it can be independently removed from the soil,
  • loosening pegs in the soil,
  • inconvenient assembly.

Most likely, these shortcomings were identified due to improper fastening of the arc posts or insufficient rope tension.

Possible problems

The Urozhaynaya greenhouse is a real find for many gardeners.

Many problems that used to seem like a disaster are now resolved very simply.

  • Sudden freeze. The greenhouse dome is made of agrofibre. It retains warm air inside, therefore it perfectly protects plantings from low temperatures at night. There is no similar protection at the moment in any kind of greenhouses.
  • Excessive soil moisture. The cover tent also consists of agrofibre, which helps to regulate the moisture content in the air and soil for different types of vegetables. Autonomous opening and closing of pores regulates humidity during heavy rain. Due to this, humidity is maintained at a stable level.

  • Not enough light rays and heat. The greenhouse maintains the amount of heat necessary for the growth and fruiting of plants, regulates the transmitted ultraviolet rays, and therefore vegetables become more sweet and juicy.
  • Poor soil quality. "Harvest" can be advised to those who do not want to pollute the earth with substances released from the base materials.

All parts of the greenhouse are absolutely environmentally friendly, unlike similar products of cheap production.

  • Precipitation in the form of hail. The greenhouse is distinguished by its strength and durability, it is able to withstand the blows of hail of large size - up to 50 mm in diameter. Mounting in the ground is carried out using pegs, so the greenhouse withstands wind gusts.
  • Arid weather. Awning cover perfectly retains moisture, so planting plants will not dry out in the absence of watering for a week, at air temperatures up to 30 degrees. It has only positive reviews.

  • Burns from the sun. The cover of the Urozhaynaya greenhouse regulates the intake of ultraviolet light inside, dispersing its excess amount. Protection against plant burns and drying of their green mass is based on this property.
  • Pests of plants. Thanks to the reliable cover of the greenhouse, comfortable conditions for seedlings and a negative environment for insects are created. They do not withstand temperature and humidity, and die.

Equipment

The complete set of the Urozhaynaya greenhouse includes the following parts:

  • arches for holding an awning,
  • agrofibre dome part,
  • pegs for stable fastening,
  • clip holders for fixing the web.

The base has standard sizes: the height of the arc reaches 90 centimeters, the width is 120 centimeters, the arc tube in diameter has 2 centimeters. Arcs are located at a distance of 1 meter from each other. These designs are made in the following formats: 3 m, 4 m, 6 m, 8 m long.

The most popular are greenhouses 6 and 8 meters long, as they accommodate a larger number of plants.

Design

All greenhouse construction details are made from safe, proven materials. Often arc ceilings are made of metal, then they undergo corrosion changes and begin to release decomposition products into the soil cover. This negatively affects the crop and its taste characteristics. In this type of greenhouse, arc ceilings are made of high-strength plastic, safe from an environmental point of view. This material facilitates the design of the greenhouse, complements the quality of strength and reliability, while maintaining the safety of the chemical composition of the soil.

Agrofibre coating

Agrofibre has a distinctive feature - minimal loss of heat rays. The natural circulation of air masses is preserved in full, so excess moisture does not threaten plants. This means that there is no way to develop mold, spoiling the crops. Plants planted in such a closed garden bed can be watered directly through the coating, since agrofibre perfectly passes moisture. The awning in the Urozhaynaya greenhouse is very durable, has a protective function against invasions of insects, birds, various rodents.

Mounts

Stable fastening of arcs in the soil provide pegs. They have an oblong shape in the form of a pointed pin with a serrated end. It is these notches that provide the peg easy entry into the soil, and prevent it from falling out even during strong gusts of wind. To fix the canvas, special clip holders are provided on the arches. They firmly hold the awning in the greenhouse, and are easily removed if necessary.

In the folded version, "Harvest" is very compact and light.

Step by step installation

The assembly of the covering cover consists of small steps - performing them, everyone will install this design without visible problems.

The installation steps are as follows:

  • set the pegs in the arcs,
  • we stretch the greenhouse over the beds that we decided to cover,
  • qualitatively fasten knots awning and stakes in the ground.

Within 10 minutes you can get a wonderful greenhouse without preparing a special foundation. The assembly does not need large quantities of tools, you only need to drive the stakes into the soil with a hammer.

The use of hotbeds in gardening helps to significantly increase the result of labor and get quality products. The Urozhaynaya greenhouse protects plants in very hot days and in dank cold weather, saves vegetables from insect pests. There is no need to open this mini-greenhouse for ventilation. The design is already provided for comfortable growth and fruiting. And the main plus of such greenhouses is their multiple use and the ability to change its location quickly and easily.

Greenhouse design "Harvest" and its features

Judging from the many positive reviews and demand among buyers, the Urozhay greenhouse is the most popular. Let us consider in more detail what makes this productive greenhouse so attractive to customers.
The main positive qualities are:

  • The possibility of quite a long time using it. This is due to the fact that the frame is made of galvanized metal profile, so that it is quite durable.
  • A fairly convenient and durable way to fasten the panel: the sheet coating is mounted without the use of screws and bolts.
  • Using special modules, the dimensions of the structure are easy to change. Such opportunities of the greenhouse are quite convenient in everyday use, because if you need to increase its size, the time spent will be minimal.
  • The assembly of such a greenhouse can be done by any summer resident with their own hands, without the assistance of specialists, and, consequently, unnecessary waste of money.
  • Polycarbonate, which covers the greenhouse, takes on the required shape and size at the factory, which does not require additional cutting and cutting.
  • For most buyers, an important factor is also the price, which, in this case, is very attractive.

Next, we consider the main types of greenhouses "Harvest".

Greenhouse design "Harvest PC"

This type of greenhouse has the shape of an arched tunnel, as shown in the photo below:

The main characteristics of the Harvest PC greenhouse are listed in the table:

Characteristics of the main parts.Frame: the thickness of the galvanized steel profile is 0.8 millimeters. Doors, door pillars: solid.

Note. The installation of the Harvest Elite greenhouse does not cause much difficulty, the instructions are always attached, and the basic set includes all the necessary details for its installation.

True, there are some tricks, the knowledge of which will greatly facilitate the assembly, namely:

  • For speed of assembly, it is necessary in advance to prepare tools that are sure to come in handy: a screwdriver, a screwdriver with a reverse, a grinder, a drill, pliers, a spanner. Each owner has all these tools, just so as not to slow down the assembly, it will be easier if you prepare the tools in advance.
  • The flat surface on which the assembly will be carried out must be covered with plywood or wood-fiber board.

Tip. A little trick will simplify the assembly: the gap, which is often formed between the base and the lower binding profile, can be masked with a strip of linoleum.

Features of this greenhouse

  • This greenhouse combines a large size (3x4m, 3x6m and 3x8m) and a large snow and wind load among the greenhouses of our model range! This is achieved through the use of a galvanized steel pipe 25x25mm in the frame of the greenhouse.
  • The frame of the greenhouse is made of galvanized pipe, having a class of zinc coating of 180 microns, therefore, unlike painted greenhouses (soil-enamel or powder coating), tinting it during operation is not required.
  • The cross-section of a pipe of 25 mm and arcs with an interval of 1 meter does not require the mandatory use of supports for arcs in the conditions of winter snow loads.
  • Due to solid-curved arcs and all-welded (non-separable) ends and bolted joints, the Nason greenhouse is assembled quite easily, and does not require special knowledge.
  • Possibility of retrofitting automatic ventilation and drip irrigation systems. These systems provide ease of use, save your time and effort.

All products manufactured by the NASON-GOROD Metal Construction Plant are tested for quality. Therefore, you can be sure of the strength and durability of our products. The service life of the Nason-UROZHAYNAYA greenhouse is more than 10 years.

Polycarbonate hinged greenhouse with hinged roof

In order for plants to grow normally, develop and bear fruit, it is necessary to provide them with the necessary conditions

At any time, the sun and heat, moisture and air are important for the plant. The owner of the greenhouse, seriously engaged in his own business, must think through everything to the smallest detail

To help him, the design of a greenhouse with a removable roof was invented.

Polycarbonate sliding greenhouse

This design became popular very quickly, as each owner of the greenhouse tries to create good conditions for their plants to grow and develop. A roof for a greenhouse is one of the main structural elements. It is she who, in winter, has to cope with winds and snow loads.

Strong wind, snowfall or ice can damage the roof structure, making it unsuitable for further operation. There is a way out of this situation, there are even two of them:

  • make the greenhouse roof collapsible, and assemble it in the spring every year, and disassemble it in the fall,
  • start the construction of the greenhouse with a special frame, which will have a removable roof.

Design features

The building is designed to grow early greens, seedlings and vegetables. The structure, designed for one year of service, is made of film or non-woven fabric.

If we talk about the capital structure, the structure is mainly sheathed with polycarbonate. It lets in some of the sunlight and heat that plants need. The greenhouse heats up so much during the day that by the evening there is no rest in it.

Heat will come out of such a structure very slowly.

The structure is made of polycarbonate with an opening top. This development was done not in vain, because the stored heat is not always useful to plants. When it is very hot in the greenhouse, all moisture evaporates from the plants (leaves and stems).

A greenhouse convertible with a removable roof is made according to the same principle.

Advantages and disadvantages

The main advantage of such a structure is its price, which will be slightly higher than the cost of a simple structure. The following is a list of the benefits of a greenhouse with a removable roof:

  1. The removable structure allows the snow to get inside the building. With the help of snow, the soil is protected from drying out and desalination, as well as the extinction of beneficial microorganisms. Snow does not allow new rodents to penetrate the soil, it protects it from dangerous pathogens of infectious diseases. Thus, it protects the soil and supplies it with water.
  2. Snow, which is inside the greenhouse and beyond, evens out pressure as much as possible. This is due to the opening top. As a result of this, the service life of the greenhouse structure increases. If we talk about the stationary structure, then any coating will become unusable over time due to heavy and wet layers of snow. The strongest frame can collapse.
  3. Permanent protection against possible overheating is provided by the removable design of the greenhouse. This is true both in the cold season and in the hot season. In order not to make vents, which are useless in comparison with the roof, they only make drafts, which then adversely affect the plants, it is better to invest once and make a completely removable roof.
  4. Good lighting throughout the daylight hours - this can only be achieved if the roof is hinged. The standard structure of the polycarbonate greenhouse robs the soil and plants of healthy sunlight. Thanks to him, the plant will grow and develop well.
  5. To assemble or disassemble the roof on such a design is a matter of several minutes. This will not require you to spend half a day, all the work can be done on their own in a very short time. A do-it-yourself greenhouse with a retractable roof will always be more reliable than a purchased analog.

Advantages and features of the greenhouse luck

Good day! Greenhouse “Luck” is a very profitable investment. It has a strong, stable frame, which is made of a steel corner or aluminum pipe. All metal components undergo anti-corrosion treatment. Such a support will never bend from the irrigation system attached to it and all kinds of lashes with fruits.

In addition, almost any color scheme of the design using powder coating is possible. Another feature of the “Luck” model is that it can be made of any size at the request of the customer.

Greenhouse Luck is a very profitable investment

Glazing of the frame occurs according to the new Finnish technology without cracks and deformations.

Its essence lies in the fact that the glass fragment is inserted into the grooves of a special profile around the entire perimeter.

This ensures that there is no point load at the attachment points. The profile under the glass provides the necessary tightness and is made of frost and heat-resistant plastic.

In the first 10 “Luck” models, standard swing doors were installed, from the 11th version a sliding system with an aluminum profile is used. It is also installed for transoms.

The advantages of such a mechanism are as follows:

  • window leaves easily open down the roof slope and are fixed in the desired position,
  • complete protection of the transom from wind gusts,
  • manual opening of doors and windows with fastening on cables and a stopper is possible.

Glazing of the frame occurs according to the new Finnish technology without cracks and deformations.

It is well known that for the favorable development of plants you need a special microclimate, which is very dependent on regular ventilation. To do this, the developers in this greenhouse automated the ventilation system.

It works thanks to the electronic control unit. In order for the time and angle of opening the vents to be adjusted independently, you just need to set the parameters of the temperature regime.

In addition, a rain sensor and a solar battery are installed in the greenhouse to provide electricity for the ventilation system.

Growing soil

The soil for the greenhouse is prepared a year before the planting of seedlings. Features of soil preparation:

  • It is best to use the land on which cereals grew.
  • They bring humus or compost. The earth is diluted with peat - it is needed to optimize its acidity, improve moisture and air permeability. Mineral wool, perlite, coconut substrate are also used for loosening the soil. In the acidified soil make lime - 50 kg per 1 acre.
  • Immediately before planting, the soil is fertilized again. It is first moistened, and then potassium chloride and superphosphate are added, respectively, 15 and 30 g per 1 sq. m

Having adjusted the composition and structure of the soil, they proceed to its processing with chemical agents - this is done for disinfection. Exposure to weeds, pests, and diseases is also aided by exposure to high temperatures.

How to increase productivity in a polycarbonate greenhouse

Currently, the most popular types of enclosed structures for growing crops are polycarbonate greenhouses. They are more effective for use in summer cottages and gardens, as well as cheaper in cost. In addition, they have a number of advantages, such as a high level of quality, strength and ease of work of a gardener, summer resident or gardener. But planting plants in a greenhouse does not mean that you can harvest an excellent crop.

Glass greenhouses: instructions for the manufacture and use of the practicality of the greenhouse with an opening roof and 6 advantages Who needs a smart greenhouse: 4 reasons for choosing Durable reinforced polycarbonate greenhouse and its advantages

Many gardeners recommend correctly planting plants in a greenhouse to increase productivity

In adverse climates, seeds must be given attention before planting. Initially, you need to determine the variety of the future fetus

Find out its features and prepare the soil as much as possible before planting the plant in the ground.

Also, to increase the quantitative collection of fruits, it is necessary:

  • Proper placement of plants in the greenhouse,
  • Proper watering
  • Implementation of measures to strengthen the root system,
  • Artificial pollination
  • Greenhouse disinfection (if the greenhouse has been used for several years),
  • Mineral fertilizers, plant nutrition with biological preparations.

An equally important component of increasing productivity is the formation of shrubs, namely, the timely removal of empty flowers and excess inflorescences from the plant.

The simplest greenhouse Vintage Classic

Greenhouse Harvest, or as it is also called Vintage Classic, is the very first and most popular construction among this segment of the simplest greenhouses. This is the simplest arch-shaped design, it is a bent steel galvanized pipe. They are sold in specialized stores for gardeners. The height of the greenhouse is always standard and is about 2.2 m, with a width of up to 2.5 m. But the length of the greenhouse can be any, but always a multiple of 2.

It’s easy to assemble. The legs of the design of the greenhouse must be dug to a depth of 25 cm, or to build a simple foundation from concrete blocks, or from a galvanized profile. But more often, they dispense with any foundation. After installing the pipes, they begin to strengthen the covering material. This can be an ordinary plastic film or a better option - sheets of cellular polycarbonate. In this case, you will have to spend a little more time for the installation of these sheets.

Necessary tools for fastening polycarbonate sheets:

  • Screwdriver
  • Hammer,
  • Screwdriver,
  • Drill,
  • Grinder - for cutting polycarbonate.

Polycarbonate sheets must be cut, according to the size of the greenhouse, and strengthened with a special tape. It is the simplicity of the fastening of these sheets that is the successful type of find for the manufacturer of this greenhouse. Many gardeners advise not to make the foundation for the Urozhay Classic Classic greenhouse at all, in case it can be easily moved around the site, and 1 person can handle it. The manufacturing company LLC DSK-Ural (the video of the construction is on the official resource) took care of the low weight of the entire structure of this popular greenhouse.

When the fruitful autumn has passed, a reasonable question arises for gardeners about what to do with a greenhouse for the winter. Some leave her for the winter. But manufacturers still advise to leave the frame, but it is better to remove the polycarbonate sheets, and in the spring to fix it on the frame again.

Types of prefabricated greenhouses, the advantages of their use

Most summer residents grow not only ornamental plants and flowers in their personal plots, but also strive to harvest a good crop of vegetables in the fall.

The benefits of natural products have long been proven, in addition, the cost of personally grown fruits is much lower than purchased in the store.

Many also grow gifts of nature, not only for their own use, but also for sale.

In most regions of our country, in order to grow a good crop of vegetables, you need a greenhouse.

It is in the hotbeds that cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, and other fruit and vegetable crops can grow quickly, bear fruit, and give a good harvest.

Description

If the stationary greenhouse is constantly in the same place, then the collapsible greenhouse can be moved around the site depending on the conditions, necessity and desire of the owners.

Usually prefabricated greenhouses are limited in size: not too large, are compact. Thanks to this feature, it is not difficult to store the product in winter: when folded, it does not take up much space.

On the video - a prefabricated greenhouse:

A collapsible greenhouse can be used not only in the summer for growing vegetables, but also at any other time of the year for different needs. This versatility makes the construction a wonderful find for any gardener. Simplicity and speed of construction make the prefabricated greenhouse very convenient to operate.

Polycarbonate Pros

If before there was a danger of breaking the fragile glass details of the greenhouse, then with the advent of transparent cellular polycarbonate, the probability of this became insignificant.

In addition to unbreakable properties, polycarbonate, from which the elements of a prefabricated greenhouse is made, has a number of advantages.

This is both its high strength and unique flexibility, which allows it to form structures of almost any shape from the material.

On the video - a prefabricated polycarbonate greenhouse:

Cellular polycarbonate is safe from an environmental and fire point of view, is not affected by microorganisms, insects.

And the remarkable heat-saving properties make such a collapsible greenhouse a favorable place for the cultivation of heat-loving plants.

Appointment

We find out for what purposes and needs a prefabricated greenhouse can be used.

For growing seedlings - this is ideal. Many thermophilic plants in our climate cannot be immediately planted in the ground.

Therefore, that the plant has grown, matured, and is used to external conditions, the use of a prefabricated greenhouse is a wonderful choice.

The compact structure allows you to comfortably take care of the plants, and in addition, a small-sized prefabricated greenhouse warms up very quickly.

Even tropical plants can be successfully grown in a prefabricated greenhouse, not to mention simply thermophilic. It can be, including fruits, berries, exotic flowers.

Use metal pipes driven into the ground instead of the foundation. And the greenhouse itself is attached to these pipes with the help of special pins. Disguising pipes after assembling a greenhouse is much easier than a massive foundation.

You can also use props from improvised heavy materials: stone, brick, timber. These supports should be removable. During the assembly of the greenhouse, they are also cleaned with it for storage. Thus, the place occupied by the greenhouse will be completely free, and not disfigured by an empty foundation. But this is how the greenhouse looks like polycarbonate cucumbers, this article will help to understand.

Installation tips

Fasten the product carefully and strictly according to the instructions. If neglect is allowed, then depressurization of the structure is possible, which will lead to a deterioration in the conditions of stay of plants inside

It is also important not to damage the protective film: check this moment

If cellular polycarbonate is used as a coating in a greenhouse, then you can collect and disassemble such a greenhouse at a temperature of at least +12 degrees.

We examined the features of prefabricated greenhouses: we got acquainted with their features, types, found out prices.

As you can see, the advantages of such mobile structures are many: the choice of a prefabricated greenhouse can be justified by the small size of the site, the compactness of the device itself, and many other reasons.

Using our recommendations, you can easily choose the optimal greenhouse design, and grow with it a rich crop of vegetables and herbs.

How to get an early harvest in a greenhouse

The purpose of the summer gardener has always been and will be - this is to get an early and plentiful harvest. And this goal can be easily realized with a polycarbonate greenhouse or greenhouses. Harvest greenhouse can be in winter (winter), and then you can grow crops in it all year round. In such greenhouses, hydroponics is often used, i.e. method of growing plants on artificial soil. A greenhouse is wonderful, but as they say, do not be bad yourself, because to get a good early harvest, you need to have knowledge.

  • Agricultural practices,
  • A good selection of seeds and growing seedlings,
  • Proper mixing of plants.

To get an early harvest, you can apply the following techniques: planting and growing perennials, growing plants with a short growing season, planting early ripe varieties.

Great greenhouse harvest on your own

You can grow in the greenhouse any plants that your heart desires, even exotic ones, if there is a desire to grow them

To get a wonderful harvest in the greenhouse, you need to pay attention to the nuances

  • Selection of seeds recommended only for greenhouses,
  • The choice of seeds should be stopped on tall varieties and hybrids with a long ripening period, they are also called indeterminate, which bear fruit until the frost,
  • Before planting the seedlings of the main plants, in the greenhouse you can plant greens, which improves the structure of the soil and does not affect the future crop of subsequent plantings,
  • The use of additional measures for pollination of plants inside the greenhouse - for this you can use special preparations or tap with a stick on the guide trellis,
  • Using ventilation, create a temperature of no higher than 25-28 ° C and a humidity of not more than 75%, because overestimated parameters affect the quantity and quality of the ovary,
  • Timely execution of plant formation,
  • Conducting timely prevention of plant diseases with appropriate drugs.

Growing all kinds of plants in the greenhouse, using the necessary techniques, can significantly increase yields and get wonderful, incredibly useful greens, vegetables and other crops with excellent taste.

Securing the end face of the SEC

Fastening of the cut-out SEC panels to the end parts of the frame is carried out using self-tapping screws. The shipping film must be removed on both sides of the panels. The step of the mounting points of the panels with self-tapping screws is 350 mm.

Do not use excessive force when tightening the screw. Leave the necessary gaps to ensure normal opening and closing of doors.

After fixing all the panels, cut with a sharp knife or cutting torch SEC along the contour of the gap between the window and the opening of the window. Make sure that doors and windows open easily. If necessary, trim the excess SPK.

Attach the heck and locks of the window leaves with self-tapping screws.

Environmental Requirements

The greenhouse “NASON-UROZHAYNAYA” in the winter period of operation does not require MANDATORY installation of supports for the nodes connecting the arcs with crossbars. However, snow must not be allowed to accumulate on the surface of the greenhouse. The maximum snow load on the cover of the greenhouse is 20 kg / sq.m. When installing the greenhouse, you need to choose the right place to avoid the accumulation of snow accumulated on the greenhouse - at least 1 meter from buildings, trees. The greenhouse is going on a prepared flat surface.

When installing on a foundation from a beam in areas with strong gusty winds, it is necessary to install anti-wind mounts (purchased separately). During a gusty wind, it is necessary to close the door and the window of the greenhouse. An unattended door or window in a greenhouse can cause deformation of the frame. Permissible wind load - 15 m / s.

Greenhouse coating care: it is strictly forbidden to use abrasives that clean alkaline compounds to clean polycarbonate. For cleaning it is recommended to use warm water, a soft sponge and liquid household detergents. Dry wiping should also be avoided - this can damage the UV layer.

What to choose - a greenhouse or a greenhouse?

If we want to enjoy early vegetables, then you should consider buying a greenhouse or a greenhouse.Plants will grow much faster in a greenhouse or greenhouse, and we will tell you how to be guided in their choice.

Unfortunately, in our climate not all plants grow and mature at the pace we would like. Frosts occur even at the end of April, snow can also fall unexpectedly, even on Easter. Vegetables do not like this.

But, if we provide the plants with greenhouse conditions, they will quickly grow and delight us with their early harvest. Greenhouses and hotbeds, due to higher temperature and humidity, as well as isolation from strong winds, will accelerate vegetation and protect plants from adverse weather conditions.

Vegetables grown in greenhouse conditions can be harvested even several times a year.

Who needs a greenhouse?

If we grow plants for our own consumption, there should be enough greenhouse. An excellent choice would be the greenhouse Snowdrop made of agrofibre.

By their design, greenhouses are unheated buildings, but their advantage is lightness and mobility, making it possible to conveniently transfer the greenhouse to another place.

Change the location of the greenhouse at least once every three years, and preferably even more often. This need arises from two facts:

  • firstly, due to intensive cultivation in a greenhouse, the earth quickly loses its nutritional properties,
  • secondly, unfavorable microorganisms, fungi or viruses easily develop in a warm and humid greenhouse.

Growing plants in greenhouses can begin already in late February, so that the harvest will be faster, at least a month.

On the site http://agroparnik.com.ua/ you can buy ready-made greenhouses of different sizes and assemble them yourself. The assembly is not complicated, and even a layman must cope with the task.

As a rule, the installation manual is attached to the greenhouse, following the steps in accordance with it, step by step, so you can assemble the greenhouse without any problems.

Greenhouse for large crops

In the greenhouse, plants can be grown year-round, and the crop is accelerated by about a month and a half in relation to plants growing without additional help.

The advantage of greenhouses is the ability to install a heating system and a system for controlling humidity, which makes it possible to grow vegetables in a greenhouse even in winter.

In turn, the disadvantage is the expensive maintenance and the lack of the ability to transfer to another place.

It is good to buy a greenhouse with the possibility of shading, since in glazed rooms on summer sunny days the temperature can reach 60 degrees Celsius, which can harm plants. Due to the difficult installation and the inability to move the greenhouse, it is necessary to regularly replace or disinfect the soil inside. The selection of greenhouses in the market is very rich.

Step-by-step instruction

  1. It is necessary to install the stakes in the arc, after which it is good to stretch the greenhouse over the beds that need to be covered.
  2. Then it is necessary to fix all nodes well on the stakes. The first two stages are the most important.
  3. The basis of the "Harvest" consists of a galvanized steel pipe. Its height averages two meters and twenty centimeters, and its width is two meters and fifty centimeters. The length can be any, the main thing is to not less than two meters. In the greenhouse there are two built-in vents - it is thanks to them that ventilation occurs. There is also an entrance, it consists of two doors. The distance between the arched arches is one meter. If desired, the greenhouse can be covered with any cellular polycarbonate or white agrotex.
  4. The base of the greenhouse can be installed directly on the ground, and if desired, you can make your own foundation. The frame weighs little, so if necessary it can be moved and moved anywhere.
  5. Put on a film, check if everything is fixed properly.

Thanks to a simple and easy assembly, in just a few minutes the owner will be able to quickly install the "Harvest" in any place, even without having the foundation. Also, in order to install a greenhouse, you will not need a huge number of tools, everything is done quickly and easily. Unless a hammer will be needed in order to securely fasten the pegs in the ground.

Advantages of “Uralochki” with polycarbonate coating ↑

The Uralochka polycarbonate greenhouse has been actively operated by summer residents for several years, so it is quite possible to get an idea of all its positive and negative sides. The vertical arcs of the frame are made of galvanized profiled pipe with a cross section of 20x20 mm, and the base of the same pipe with a size of 20x40 mm. All metal parts are treated with a special anti-corrosion coating that protects the frame from decay. The arches in the usual modification are located after 1 m, and in the reinforced - every 60 cm. The greenhouse uralochka, the instruction of which contains detailed characteristics of all nodes, is considered the most durable in the market of structures for summer cottages.

According to the manufacturer, such a frame is enough to withstand not only the strongest gusts of wind, but also a sufficiently large layer of snow. Reviews of the greenhouse uralochka indicate that the frame is not always able to overcome the external effects of the elements, and arcs can bend under gusts of wind or the weight of the snow. Perhaps such statements are justified. Therefore, in the northern regions, where snow can fall in large quantities, it is worth thinking about acquiring a more durable modification.

To make sure the usability and reliability of the greenhouse, just view the photo of the Uralochka greenhouse on the Web and submit it to your site

Of the useful structural features, it can be noted that the greenhouse has two end doors and vents above them, which greatly simplifies the ventilation process if necessary.

The frame is mounted directly on the ground without manufacturing

Recommendations

The design of the installed greenhouse should not be subjected to excessive loads, which can lead to deformation and even destruction of the frame.

Try to avoid contact with sharp and hot objects. Do not use open flames near the greenhouse.

The polymer coating of the frame elements broken during installation or operation must be cleaned, degreased and coated with any weather-resistant enamel or varnish.

When operating the greenhouse in winter, it is necessary to reduce the access of cold air to the internal volume. To do this, glue all visible gaps and joints of the greenhouse using sealant or a self-adhesive sealant.

To exclude the spread of fungal and mold microorganisms (blooming "SPC) within the honeycomb SPK, exclude contact of the lower sections of the SPK with open ground.

Do not use abrasives or highly alkaline cleaning compounds to clean sheets, do not rub the surface of sheets with brushes, metallic cloth or other abrasives.
